Ingredients For 4 Servings:
-220g (8 ounce) or 1 package cream cheese
-4 large gluten free sandwich wraps
-30g (1⁄4 cup) dried cranberries
-220g (1/2 lb) lean turkey, sliced
-60g (2 cup) fresh spinach
-2 garlic cloves, minced
-Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
-Sauté the turkey sliced in a pan with garlic, salt and pepper. Once the turkey is cooked, set aside. -Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese onto the middle of one side of each sandwich wrap.
-Sprinkle 1 tablespoon cranberries onto the cheese on each wrap. Arrange 1/4 of the slices turkey atop each wrap to cover most of the wrap. Spread 30g (1/4 cup) spinach atop the turkey. -Starting with one edge of a wrap, tightly roll the wrap around the fillings into a cylinder; cut into 3 cm (1 1/4-inch) slices and arrange onto a serving platter.
