Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Ingredients for 1 Serving:
1/2 small avocado
120ml (1/2 cup) unsweetened almond milk
65g (1 cup) kale leaves, stem removed
1 (frozen) banana
1 tbsp cashew nuts
1 scoop (vegan) protein powder
Directions:
Peel and cut the avocado into halves and remove the stone. Using a spoon or knife remove the pulp from one half and keep another half for other use.
Pour almond milk into a blender jar. Add avocado, banana, spinach, and cashew nuts.
Blend until smooth and creamy texture. Pour it into a chilled serving glass and serve immediately. Enjoy!
