  • Is the Custom Workout Plan for those with injuries or chronic conditions?
    If you are under the age of 18 or if you have any chronic conditions or injuries, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, or any cardiovascular conditions, I kindly advise against proceeding with this offer. Instead, I recommend considering a 1-on-1 Coaching Program with a Personal Trainer.
  • Do I need to pay any other fees or subscriptions?
    Not at all. The price is as shown and does not include any hidden fees or subscription charges. This is a one-time payment only and gives you full access to the Custom Workout Plan and the attached freebies.
  • What happens after I purchase?
    After your purchase, you'll receive a fitness audit questionnaire immediately (unless you've already filled out the form right before your purchase). Once you complete and send back the questionnaire, I'll begin crafting your personalized training plan tailored to your goals and needs.
  • What formats do the Workout Plan and guides come in?
    The workout plan will be available in Google Sheets for easy access and tracking. Additionally, the guides will be linked directly within the sheet for convenient PDF download.
  • How long should I use the Custom Workout Plan for?
    Your workout plan will be designed for 12 weeks and will be refreshed monthly to accommodate your personal progress.
  • How many hours per week do I need to commit to training?
    I can customize the session length to whatever time you can commit to training. However, for best results, you will ideally need to be able to complete at least 3-4 sessions per week for 30-60 minutes.
  • Will I receive a meal plan or personalized nutritional advice?
    Your plan will primarily focus on your training regimen, and while a personalized meal plan won't be provided, you'll receive a comprehensive (albeit non-personalized) nutrition guide. This guide will serve as a valuable addition to your workout plan, offering thorough nutritional advice to support your fitness journey.
  • How soon will I receive my custom workout plan?
    After you sign up, you will be required to fill out a questionnaire and waiver. Once that’s completed I will be able to get started on your custom training plan and should have it back to you within 5-7 business days
  • Do you offer a refund?
    There are no refunds for the custom workout plan, except in the circumstance where you haven't received your workout plan after 4 weeks.
